Do you ever use a bucket truck or manlift? Is a crane less reliable than say a bucket truck or manlift? A bucket truck might be engineered to hold say 600lbs, a crane might be designed to carry 3000 lbs at full reach. A crane is engineered and made to be stable. A tree's stability is not always known, plus there are other hazards when climbing some trees, not to mention fatigue from climbing on a very hot day. Nice language jack-off, shows your intelligence.
@highclimbermatt Well, get active and help YOUR state OSHA understand tree work better and delelop standards for arborists that make sense. Your neighboring state California is advanced in osha regulations for arborist compared to the rest of the states. Maryland is soon to improve; I was a small part of the team that spoke up to help MOSH create wording that made sense. To help protect arborist and allow them to work safer. A crane can be a very safe and dependable tool.
Great tree work, state-of-the-art, and skillful execution: your tree company -- and especially the hard-working staff -- is one to be greatly admired!
@acetreemaster Thank you. It's versitility keeps us using it frequently. for crane work, hauling skid loader, chip truck, log truck, bucket truck, large tree transplants, etc. I've had a video in my head all worked out, to show just this truck and it's many applications at work. Should be a good one. some day...

Ace, one of your companies videos inspired me to start doing some youtube video posting.
Tack mycket. Jag kommer att lägga ut några fler filmer inom kort. Det har gått nästan ett år nu sedan jag lagt ut de senaste filmerna. Tack och vara säkra.
Wow! Thanks Gerry! I tried to make it a little dramatic. I get bored watching many of the videos on youtube; not fast enough, not enough bold music. So, I tried to make one that I would watch until the end. I will get better at them I hope.
VERY nice work X!! the arborist community needs more skilled workers to display this level of professionalism. if you could put out more vids itd be an asset to our industry, theres just so many fly by nighters out there givin us a bad name. keep em comin!!

Good climbing. Sexy sexy speedline you had going there. Nothing makes me happier in a tree than a good speedline setup.
Stay safe and keep the videos coming.
