Or is it an art to entertain?

You got it. If you you can show evidence that astrology works, we have a Yahoo discussion group set up for the purpose of testing it (see the comments on the video you responded to). I agree that any such test must be fair. To this end, it must be designed around the limitations you specify and conducted in a double-blind fashion, with no possibility of deception. You will state beforehand what will constitute a positive or negative result and results must be self-evident to all. Agree?

An astronomy professor told me once that the Zodiac based on the Solar pattern were established with their concordant months buring Babylonian times (ie 2,000 or more years ago). In the time between then and now, the Zodiacs align differently in the everchanging cosmos with the Sun. Making Late Feb-early March really fall in Taurus not Pisces.
so then, why do Astologers maintain that being born say, March 9 makes you Pisces and not Aries? (I meant Aries in the preceding comment, not Taurus~apologies).

No one is a zodiac sign, if anything the constallations are far away and thier influence takes a longer time to reach us. However, the planets are closer and the houses resonates from the Earth.
No, Im saying that the influence of the zodiac signs are far far away. Astrology should focus more on planetary influences and house placements then the zodiac signs. However, the teachings of the zodiac should not be ignored.
