  • Did you have hair where you put the castor oil? Or was this totally new hair growth?

  • @busaboo I had very fine/thin hair where I applied the castor oil. Thanks for stopping by.

  • @makeupByTati, I did a sit-up once and didn't see any results.

  • I am telling you. Castor oil is really good. It is one of my favorite oils out of all my essential oils. I mix mine with Suave, aloe with cucumber body lotion, mix them together and rub it on my feet every night. I have been doing it for about two and a half weeks and the hard parts on my heal are starting to soften. I put cotton socks on too at bed time. Good for hair and skin. My hair growth is doing good too. They say it is good for dark circles under the eyes. I have to see if that is true.

  • @sheliene12 thanks for the tips. I never thought about adding it to my lotion. I'm going to try it. Peace and blessings to ya!

  • @BackTwoNatural LOL! Thanks! I am telling you! It is working on my feet. I mean wearing shoes that don't do damage is another thing and simple foot care keep it at bay but Castor oil is definitely working. I was just at the time just using it on my skin and feet without a care until I noticed that the callouses that I always had started softening. I thought that It was in my head until I started doing research on Castor Oil. Good for more than use as a laxative.

  • thank you for letting me know, grear help.will check some shops out

  • which shop sells castor oil in UK?

  • @karanasmeri u can buy it from pakistani grocery shop like in manchester birmingham london

  • @karanasmeri And some black hair shops. I live in London and has no problem buying castor oil. If desperate amazon and ebay sell it.

  • @maryapatterson thank you for your help

  • @karanasmeri I'm in the USA....sorry I can't help

  • @BackTwoNatural its alright never mind

  • @karanasmeri try a store that sells organic product. In the US we have Whole Foods not sure if you have it in UK. Or maybe try GNC i believe they are a worldwide retailer. Amazon is another option except you may have to pay for shippping. Bottom line though, make sure wherever you buy it form that the product is organic and all natural.

  • I have been Castor oil on my hair for a week now to grow the nape of my head and I see no difference in my hair at all. I use it in my shampoo, conditioners, Scalp message it, etc. :(

  • @sstupidssmile I hope the castor oil work for you too. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings to ya

  • It would help if you put a before and after pic next to each other. Thanks for uploading this

  • It would help if you post a pic of the castor oil bottle to show what kind to buy.

  • @dinni115 the details of the castor oil can be found in the description box. Hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by.

  • @BackTwoNatural I was going to write about using Castor Oil on hair. I was going to say : I would use it on my hair ,because there is NO WAY ,this stuff would pass through my lips again!!!YUK,YUK,YUK!

  • @twain103 LOL I feel the same way about taking castor oil...I took enough of it as a child. Thanks for stopping by

  • i am really amazed at the amount of hair that came back...exactly how long did you use the castor oil and whn did you start to see results

  • @lolalonia82 I did a 90 day challenge and I started to see results in 30 days.

  • what type of castor oil am i suppose to use and where do i purchase it from

  • @lolalonia82 I used Home Health castor oil since it is 100% and I ordered it from Amazon but you can find it at Whole Foods also. Thanks for stopping by.

  • @lolalonia82 I used home health brand castor oil and I got it from amazon. BTW this information can be found in the description box. Hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by

  • I too am using castor oil for hair loss. Of course, we always want results overnight. I now understand to remain patient. Thank you for the encouragement........Selsa

  • I used a blend. Olive oil, Raw aloe vera juice, organic cayenne pepper, barley grass, organic ground black pepper (from whole malabar peppercorns), chia seed, flax seed, and fenugreek seed. The seed is sprouted between wet paper towels, then placed in a coffee grinder with aloe vera, to blended into a paste. Wrap areas in plastic wrap, to keep moist. Got everything from vitacost. Most of my hair has grown back, after about 9 months. I wasn't bald, I was thinning right down the middle of my head.

  • Good evening, I have a question, did you leave CO in your hair? I"m a visual person & my crown area is in need of same attention as your nape area, now my hair isn't as curly as yours so I can cover up the area I just need to see a tutorial or step by step on how you used this & how long before you saw results. Thank you

  • @Yolanda62767 hey sis, yes I leave the castor oil in. I used an applicator bottle to apply it to my scalp 3 to 4 times a week. Thanks for stopping by,

  • love the relaxing music , fab results on your nape xx

  • Hey can you put some info in the box? did you massage it in and then wash it out? or did u leave it in? because i know every one does it different

  • @THENAMEISTRINA I massaged the co (Home Health) on my scalp 3 to 4 times a week. Use an applicator bottle for easier application of the co. I hope this helps. BTW thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings to you

  • @BackTwoNatural ok thx for answering!

  • HEY GUYS U CAN BUY THE HOME HEALTH CASTIR OIL FROM -----> VITAMINSUK.... Just type in castor oil in the search bar and you'l get arrange of castor oils aswel as yhe home health range.... hope that helps!!

  • It looks alot better I think it because you hair just grew longer and curled a little I bought some so I will give it a try .Thanks 4 sharing.

  • @ParalegalDesignation I agree. The hair she already had grew longer and filled in the spot. It doesn't look like new hair grew from the scalp. We could be wrong though, huh??

  • the results are amazing! i have purchased the same brand of castor oil you used and hopefully it'll work like it did for you cos i believe my hair loss is from relaxers.i would like to know if it's not too personal, how did you get the hair loss at the back of your hair?

  • @cherryboboc my loss came from chemical burns........relaxers. The texture in my nape area is much finer that other area on my head and it could not take the abuse of relaxers. Happy holidays to you and yours.

  • thank you so much I just went and got it from the health store not too far from me after further reading your comments. Thank you, and blessings to you as well :)

  • Hi, I wanted to know is there a particular castor oil that I should use

  • @CaliRhi Happy Holidays!!! I used a brand called Home Health and I ordred it from Amazon. Any CO will work just as long as it is 100% CO. Peace and Blessings to you and yours!

  • Awsome video!

  • waow it does work :D im also applying it on my hair like for a week and i will continue...cause its said that castor oil cleans scalp impurities...im happy for u :D good luck and God bless u

  • @foreversandi Thanks!

  • how often did you apply castor oil on your scalp? And did u massage it or just place it on there

  • @qnvita 3 x a week and I massage it in. Thanks for stopping by.

  • know what i can't stand about castor oil, how heavy it is. boy it basically drips right out of your head.. lol

  • What is the castor oil challenge? Like...what do I do?

  • Thank you nemoryer. Nice music but, no explanation of the process or, what product/s were used??????????????

  • I am happy for you thats very good results for 3 months I sure hope something comes out for men as we need our hair just as much as women hair loss has all but ruined my life in so many ways almost to the point of taking my life Both sexes want to look their best . best of luck and GOD BLESS

  • @kingssing I am very pleased with the results and I certainly understand your frustration with hair loss but I realized my hair is only a part of who I am...It is not who I am. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and Blessings to ay!

  • @kingssing same i will look retarded bald u need a good size and head shape to look good bald which i lack off.... with my fluffy hair i look allright but without it i dont wanna think about it... i could buy a wig but it still wont be the same as having my own real hair...well atm i only got a V shape at the front but its starting to thin more at the front not at the back or on top yet...but im only freaking 23 years old i havent even lived my life yet and now im going bald so pissed

  • @kingssing U can regrow your hair whether you're a man or woman. The first step is to TRUST that GOD can do ANYTHING...step two: eat HEALTHY.....dark greens/fruits LOTS of water!!! NO MORE JUNKFOOD/SODA (horrible stuff). You need to feed your body so that it can take care of you. Step 3...only use natural oils for your hair....(virgin coconut oil, castor oil, avocado oil, mustard oil with henna) no more chemical-filled products and LAST BUT NOT LEAST...massage your scalp EVERYDAY with love :)

  • Hi girl and I love the video but JBCO made my hair shed bad even had bald spots but regular castor oil didnt make my hair shed you got your kitchen back lol thats great did you mixed other oils in your castor oil?

  • @Kimsalley21 Wow sorry to hear about your experience with the JBCO. I mixed jojoba or almond oil with the CO because it was too drying to use by it self and my scalp started to itch like crazy. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings to ya!

  • I Know Im Late But Have you experience shedding while using castor oil? Also im not sure which one is better: Jamaican Black Castor Oil or Regular Castor Oil. What Is The Difference Between The Two or Are They The Same? Thank You

  • @MiSSBABYPHAT214 I did not experience any unusual shedding. I've never used Jamaican Black CO but I've heard great things about it. I used a brand called Home Health. It is 100% cold pressed and processed. I'm sure either would be fine. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and Blessing to ya.

  • AWESOME video. Could you please tell me how you used the oil? Did you massage before shampooing, or leave it on overnight? How much did you apply? Did you use pure oil or the kind you get at Walmart? Thanks.

  • @nemoryer I use Home Health castor oil it is 100% cold processed/pressed. I did not shampoo it out. I applied a small amt. of the CO to my scalp using an applicatior bottle 3 to 4 times a week and massaged it in. Hope this helps. Peace and blessings to ya.

  • @gigabone88 It really worked for me :-) Thanks for checking out the vid. Peace and blessings to ya.

  • does it damage your hair in anyway

  • @gigabone88 I did not experience any damage using castor oil. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings to ya

  • i was wondering if you used the regular castor oil you buy in the drug store or is there a special castor oil for hair

  • @colcord1169 I'm sure any castor oil will work just as long as it isays its 100%. Thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings.

  • @BackTwoNatural thanks

  • how long did this process take

  • @sexylicious555 This was a 90 day challenge. Thanks for stopping by!

  • Does this work for any type of hair?

  • @jennrocks26 I don't see why it would not. Thanks for stopping by.

  • @jennrocks26: There is a free naturopathic approach for alopecia on our channel in the comment section.

  • Hello just wondering can you use good old fashion castor oil. Like the kind you by at the drug store. Like the laxative kind.

  • @97bootygirl Just check the ingredients of the castor oil. As long as it says 100% cold pressed/processed I'm sure it will work. BTW thanks for stopping by. Peace and blessings

  • ive been using the castor oil+ cayenne mix for my edges for 2 weeks and AMAZING >>>.great for those of us who wear weaves

  • @blkcarriebshaw cayenne pepper?

  • @blkcarriebshaw what's the castor oil & cayenne mix?

  • Thanks for this review. I am currently using Castor Oil for my edges and nape as well! I can't wait to see growth!

  • Also with hair growth, you have to watch your nutrition. Try to eat lots of vegetables and fruits, less sweets, eggs boiled, spinich, broccoli, lots of nuts if you can tolerate them. I also use xtra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, castor oil and grapeseed oil. I mix these together, 2 tsps of each oil, mix well, then use as a conditioner and scalp oil.

  • @emp2255 Thanks for stopping by my channel. I will keep your tips in mind. Peace and blessings to ya.

  • Can you please name the exact brand of Castor Oil that you are using?

  • @shanks008 I used Home Health Castor Oil that I purchased from Amazon. But I think any cold pressed, cold processed CO will work fine. Thanks for stoppiing by. Peace and Blessings to ya!

  • How long did you use the castor oil for?

  • @queeny107 my challenge was to use CO 3 to 5 times a week for 60 days. Currently I use CO 2 to 3 times a week. Peace and blessings to ya!

  • @BackTwoNatural - Thanks!!

  • i used castor oil for my thin hair for a almost a month, but i dont see any positive results up till now, amd im very upset, Can you please help me? what else should i use?

  • @TheEdddddie Thanks for stopping by my channel. I understand your frustration however patience and consistency is the key. But don't give up. I used CO for 90 days before I posted my final vid. I used Home Health CO that was cold pressed and cold processed 3 to 5 times a week. I have a few ??'s for you. What type of CO are you using and how often? Is your hair loss due to hereditary alopecia or could it be from medical issues? Peace and blessings to ya!

  • @BackTwoNatural Hi:-) its just not due to alopecia or any medical issues, i just have very thin hair and from last 3,4 yrs i started noticing very less hair on my head and its noticable by others too. i also used suplements for hair regrowth for almost 6 months but no results. and the oil im using is pure castor oil.

  • @derrick20craig thanks for stopping by. I'm here if you have any questions. Peace and blessings to ya!

  • try coconut oil, it may help with the smell. Peace and Blessings to ya!

  • I purchased the Tropic Isle Jamaican black castor oil online. I like the consistency but the smell is unbearable. Can you suggest something that I can add to it to improve the smell without effecting the quality of it?

  • my mom has genetic alopecia ... her hair is REALLY thin in the front & especially at the crown. do you think this may help?

  • @iAlex326 sorry to hear about your mom's alopecia. Using the castor oil may help her. I would advise that she massage the areas of concern a few times a week using a cold press/processed castor oil. Also remind her to keep her hair moisturized because her hair is probably fine and weak. BTW, there are alot of vids on YT that promise to regrow hair but I can only speak of what helped me. Peace and Blessings to ya!

  • @iAlex326: There are herbs she can take that will help.

  • @Thegirlisbomb3 Thanks for stopping by. I wash my hair once a week. If you try this let me know how it goes. Peace and Blessings to ya!

  • @steffistef1993 my routine was to apply the castor oil 3 to 4 times a week to my scalp and massage it in. I did not wash it out.

    Peace and Blessings to ya!

  • My daughter hair keeps falling out and now it's at the point where her hair is looking as if she 's a boy and I feel so bad about her hair, just need tips on what to use and what will work.Thank you!!!!

  • @Deman466 Sorry to hear about your daughter's hair. Is your daughter relaxed or natural? Either way moisture is the key to retaining length. If you have a specific question please let me know. I will be happy to help. Peace and Blessings

  • @Deman466 she should stay away from ALES and SLES ingredients in her shampoo. It could be what's causing the hair lost btw it could also be stress.

  • @Deman466 There is a naturopathic approach for hair loss / growth on my channel in the comment section. If you want further help email me or the Hevnawe channel and tell us what areas are balding and we will write back the source of the issue.

  • Where did u get this Jamaican Black Castor oil?

  • @Deman466 I did not useJBCO. I used a brand called Home Health and I ordered it from Amazon but I think you can find it @ Whole Foods. BTW, I think any CO will work just as long as it is cold pressed and processed. Thanks for stopping by my channel. Peace and Blessings

  • Wow looks really good:)

  • @alexisdanna1 thanks

  • It look like you took all the pictures the same day

  • @theIllmaticClassic ~~~Nope...a 30 day update vid is posted in Nov and this vid is of my final results. Peace and Blessings

  • how long did it take 4 ur hair 2 grow out like this? plz reply!

  • @chiemeka10 I started the challenge in October 2010 and recorded my progress in 1/11. So this is 3 months of hair growth.

  • DAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM IN MY CHRIS TUCKER VOICE......

  • Sorry, I meant Jamaican Black Castor Oil, thanks.

  • Hi, congrats on all your new growth. Where can I get this castor oil from & did you use Black Jamaican or any brand? My hair looks like yours did at the start now, and I haven't had any luck in getting it to grow, HELP!!!

  • @vbreak2009 Thanks for stopping by. I used Home Health castor oil 3 to 4 x's a week. I ordered it from Amazon but you may be able to find it in a vitamin store. Any CO should work just as long as it is 100%. I've heard alot of good things about JBCO. Good luck

  • @BackTwoNatural - Hi again, I hate to ask a ton of questions, but I really need help growing my nape back, so I can wear my hair up for my wedding next June 2012.. I have about a year to get it right! Please email me with your regimen on how you used it on your hair. My email is vickie0569@comcast.net, thanks for helping so many people. You are an angel :)

  • @vbreak2009 No problem. I will e-mail you after the Easter holiday.

  • @vbreak2009 hello, I just happened to get on this feed by accident, but maybe this will help, I am 51 years old and my hair is baby fine and the growth just wasn't happening, I started using Shima hair products and my hair has grown and is in much better condition, sorry to bother those on the castor oil products, I mean no harm, but I know what it is like so I hope this helps.....God Bless!

  • Do you think Hollywood castor oil hair treatment with mink oil will make hair grow like your hair????

  • @LadiiLuv101 I'm not sure. I used Home Health. Thanks for stopping by.

  • do u think it caster oil will help grow my edges back?

  • @naturalchic88 Try it Sis (~.^). I used Home Health Brand of Castor oil because it is cold pressed and cold processed. I'm sure any brand will do as long as their are no additives. BTW for easy dispensing use an applicator bottle to apply the oil to your scalp/edges 3 to 4 times a week. Also I added (25%) Almond oil to (75%) CO because after a while just using CO only made my scalp itch....CO is not moisturizing. Adjust to your needs...Let me know how it work for you. Peace n Happy growin

  • Im glad someone did a video like this...very good.

  • @corkscrewcurls88 Thanks for stopping by!

  • I was actually considering getting a hair transplant for the temple area of my hair and the hair near my forehead. I wore my hair too tight and used that black hair weave glue.. I've been using jamaica castor oil for almost 30 days and my hair has started to fill in significantly. I am no longer ashamed to wear my hair up. This stuff is a godsend. Its only cost me like 8 dollars a bottle compared to a $5600 dollar hair transplant.

  • @rhonda0826 Hi Sis, I'm happy to know you are seeing good results. No need to spend money on a hair transplant. Use it to take a nice trip(^ . ^) I used Home Health Castor Oil and as you can see it does work. I think any CO will work as long as it is 100%,cold pressed and cold processed. BTW thanks for stoppin by.

  • how long did it take for your hair to grow grow back? and your hair looks good bye the way :)

  • @finerton Thanks for checking out my vid. I started the castor oil challenge on 10/23/10. After 30 days I saw good results. I ended the challenge 1/23/11.

  • Very encouraging.

  • Oh wow! The castor oil worked...I need to dip my whole middle into the bottle. Your nape is going to fully in by the summer ;-)

  • AMAZING....I knew that castor oil worked!!! You did a great job with this challenge. Thanks for sharing your progress!!

  • @KinkyNappyHappy Thanks Sis. The journey continues (^ . ^)
