go to your map and in a group of islands in the top right hand corner of your map you will see a marine base, if you go close to it there will be some windmills then keep going futher on until you see a building and the truck we be next to the building in sort of dappled light. i will report back with the proper loction tomarrow this is just off the top of my head

to everyone looking for this vehicle..its actually fairly easy to find..after you finish the whole story go to the guys house you go to in the first mission..i forgot his name lol but its the first mission where you shoot all the guys chasing you when your on the top of a orange car..but anyway you can find it all the time at his mansion if you havent completed the story then its gonna be at the next agency mission location
