Looks like either a Tie rod snapped or an A frame gave out on the driver front side giving it plow force like that..Otherwise that lil car shoulda bounced off the truck. With the steering cranked all the way left and Locked it would be alot of force against the truck..Notice after it bounces off the barrier it automatically swings back to the left hard....

What MAY have happened...the force of the car hitting the right front steer tire/wheel may/would have spun the steering wheel in the cab so violently that the driver would never be able to hold it. It may have broke his/her hand or thumbs in an instant. Also, if holding the wheel tight, it may have put their head into the door window so hard, it knocked them out. Don't disregard that final theory! It did happen to someone I know when a steering tire blew.

You loose control and something like this happens. Ask a martial artist, you use your opponent’s momentum and if you can control their head you can control their body and throw them off balance.
