I see muscle building ads that say you can pack on 30+ pounds of muscle in drastic amounts of time...like 6 months....and I laugh. The human body is not possible (without anabolic steroids) to build that much muscle. And sure you can train your ass of and eat 5000 calories a day...and you will gain 50 pounds, but more than half of that will be fat. And then you have to cut (to lose more muscle). The human body can only gain about 1.5 pounds of muscle per month. Not including glycogen storage.
