  • I see muscle building ads that say you can pack on 30+ pounds of muscle in drastic amounts of time...like 6 months....and I laugh. The human body is not possible (without anabolic steroids) to build that much muscle. And sure you can train your ass of and eat 5000 calories a day...and you will gain 50 pounds, but more than half of that will be fat. And then you have to cut (to lose more muscle). The human body can only gain about 1.5 pounds of muscle per month. Not including glycogen storage.

    tue-biceps,back,traps,forearm

    wed-off

    thur-off

    fri-chest,triceps,shoulders,ne­ck

    sat-legs

    sun-off

    do alot of free wieghts and compund exercises for example i do all benchs and mix it up between bench dumbell machine barbell constantly do the same thing just differently let me kno if that helps

  • my goals are more about strength than anything i started doing pushups i could only do 2 my goal was to do 10 same thing with dumbells i started at 20lb my goal was to lift 30 it took a while for both but when i achieved my goals i felt like hercules even though i look the same great vid
