hi... i just got the ac-2 in the mail, i got it on ebay for about $70 i plugged it in and it has an awful humming noise and it sorta drowns out the sound of the pedal... any advice- i don't have a very complex set-up a 15 watt amp... thanks
Does the AC2 cut the electric guitar's sustain? When i strum my electric guitar like it's my acoustic, it gets too droney. I'm wondering if the AC2 addresses that aspect. Thanks!
No actually it increase sustain. It sounds pretty good but like any other emulation pedal, it only gives you the feeling not the true tone of an electric acoustic.
Yep I sure do have a little bluegrass/country influence in me. Though I am mainly a hard rock/metal player. It is always great to have a stand by music genre to fall back on if your current genre doesn't work out lol. Ya given the body wood of a Les Paul which is usually Mahogany, this pedal would sound great! I recommend this pedal even tough it doesn't give you a true acoustic sound , it gives you a sound very close to that of an electric acoustic with a pre-amp

@BlakeFoster050 Mine doesn't hum at all! Did you buy it used off Ebay? Sounds like it may have always had this problem and I would return it!
