  • good clean but i will just buy new compared to paying a couple hundred for this

  • why are there dislikes on this video wtf?

  • Thumbs up if your computer didnt respond after the video!

  • That is actually how FORD MOTOR COMPANY used to clean their injectors 15 years ago. Also it is good for checking spray pattern, and flow rate.

  • Actually this bench is more to test the spray pattern and then afterwards, graduated containers are added to check flow rate variation between injectors.

  • I want to see someone walk past with a lit cigarette... :)

  • @shades2 like the model "meecus" off Zoolander

  • @flinchless “It’s not their fault that they died in a freak gasoline fight accident.”

  • solvent eh? suck to lite a match in there BOOM!

  • Check out TERRACLEAN, the best I have seen on the market

  • I just had this service done on the fuel injectors on my tl1000 v-twin today. all i can say is wow what a difference. the bike now runs like never before. responses like never before. well worth the money. in fact very cheep i would have payed much more. thanks so much mr. scala. i recommend this service to everyone. wish i would have done it sooner. you can reach mr. jim scala at proflowtechdotcom or 727-992-0435

  • Can you tell me what model of car those particular injectors go in?

  • Those are some big ass injectors lol

  • This video just shows injectors on an ASNU flow bench being flow tested, not cleaned. Cleaning takes place in an ultrasonic tank, not on the test bench. I have serviced thousands of injectors using the same machine.

  • @KirkTR .. the guys at Accurate Injector Service do a great job fixing bad injectors

  • @accurateinjectors I run my own injector repair business as well.

  • number 1 is looking a bit lean

  • what does this prove exactly, this does not show me how to clean fuel injectors.....are you serious?

  • 256 are you from bama?

  • thats an exhibit

  • Just because most people know what to do and not what to do .. noone is factoring the people that have no idea what a spark plug is let alone where the water goes .. So just because we know whats going on and we know how to keep or motors clean, doesnt mean we all do !!

  • biggest ripoff i know and what a way to fuck the injectors im sure they take into account the ohms etc before they stick them on some shitty pwm and is petrol not a good cleaner? take an old injector apart and you will see what i mean, clean as a whistle.. bullshit all the way but your making a living i guess.

  • @jaylc005 Dude, please elaborate. you sound like you know what your talking about. are you saying old injectors don't get dirty?

  • I saw this in Koln on a car show too.

  • google ecu express or ring 01782 537703. We sell coded sets preset to your chassis configuration at less than half what vauxhall charge. Also rare ecus like 9391340 16267710 we have them all.

  • An auto mechanic once told me that fuel injector cleaner is the biggest scam. So I looked it up and sure enough, since 1986 injectors became self cleaning or just don't get accumulated with anything. See I knew, you know, that gasoline itself is a cleaner. Maybe if your going to store your vehicle you then put some of that fuel stabilizer in it. ONe out of a 100,000 you might get a piece of dirt jammed in your injector from an old school rusty gas tank that made it past the filter. UR a fool

  • @MalibuCornelius I would agree with your mechanic that in tank fuel injector cleaners for the most part are ineffective but your conclusions are simply wrong. Just because you use gas to clean the grease from your hands does not mean that it will keep an injector clean. Try cleaning the carbon from a valve or piston with gasoline then come back and tell us how well it worked.

  • @MalibuCornelius You are completely wrong. Fuel leaves behind deposits and varnish. Take a fuel rail and cut it in half - you will see the gunk. This gunk collects on the pintle, and over time will result in the injector leaking. The pintle caps are constantly exposed to evaporating fuel which leaves behind a powdery residue and affects the spray pattern. Good fuels do contain detergents, and injectors contain filters and clean themselves to an extent. They get dirty. Your mechanic is an idiot.

  • Id rather be blown.

  • You can actually get them worked and have a more optimal spray pattern than new.

  • Time to invest in some new fuel injectors rather than going through with this crap.

  • This is not the way to clean injectors at all. They need to be stripped completely, and then cleaned in an ultrasonic bath at least.

  • @TheChiefEngineer

Yes and given a cucumber facial and maniqure after.

  • @24preacherboy that's it, you got it ;)

  • @TheChiefEngineer .......look on the web for.. accurate injector service . they can help deal with dity or stuck injectors

  • @TheChiefEngineer I agree

  • @TheChiefEngineer How do you strip something that can't be disassembled?

  • As Im sure they get a good cleaning, Im 100% sure that shortens the life of them as well.

  • @SSCONCEPTZ Using a harsh chemical cleaner might damage an injector but done properly with an ultrasonic cleaner will not. I can't think of anything that proper cleaning would shorten it's life.

  • @SSCONCEPTZ Using anything shortens the life of it

  • @SSCONCEPTZ on most diesel injectors you can adjust the nozzle lift and popping pressure...

so that doesnt mean it is tooo bad for them

  • @SSCONCEPTZ for a diesel anyways. and it looks dieselish

  • @SSCONCEPTZ no matter what they were going to be shooting fuel mixed with a cleaner on or off car so really life is not shortened

  • @SSCONCEPTZ Why do you suppose it shortens the life of the injectors? And who cares if the injectors are all fouled.
