  • The title of Debussy's prelude is "Ce qu'a vu le vent d'ouest," which means "What the West Wind Saw."

  • it's actually translated as 'The West Wind', the 7th Prelude by Debussy, book 1.

  • I can't find any information about this piece. Did Thibaudet compose it?

  • NO, I'm pretty certain that it is a prelude by Claude Debussy. I love how interesting French music is eh?

  • Awesome performance... the man has an amazing sound. The video is interesting.  It gave me a new perspective for this piece.
