  • Thanks to your rebuild video. I followed everything, inc. replaceiny with loose bearings. It's saved me loads of money, as i was planning to replace with a sealed cartridge, & i would have needed a 78 x124.5 unit. That would eat into my wallet quite a bit. All i needed to buy was a bracket puller for £7. & i already had the bearings.

  • thanks for the video! one thing what happened to the plastic sleeve? did you just decide you didn't need it, or was there something i missed?

  • @benthesurfguy I missed it in the video. I did go back and put it right back where it came from. It is an important piece to keep out water.

  • Great video- thanks for making this. My 86 Cannondale is due for a bottom bracket rebuild. This is gonna make the process so much faster (especially since I'll be working @ the bike shop)...
