  • i hope they come up it be hutning 24/7 and i can live with that!!!.. ithica isnt far at all, cold brook is a great time and a real hunt actually. its wicked challenging and the guides dave and jamie are the best. they will break their backs for you! make sure you bring a fishing pole they have 2 nice ponds and great bass fishing. i caught over 100 bass my first time there

  • @05cobaltsssc all said and done butchering and the hog $750!!! you get yur own cabin too. me and my buddy matt are going in a month... im doing another hog and he is doing a red deer well red stag doe lol

  • now the hogs r starting to populate and escape and hopefully we can take them out soon any time. i live in ithaca ny not to far away from cold brook and cant wait to get the chance anyways nice hog

  • i was hunting at cold brook... its out near syracuse...its a hunting preserve since all of the hog in the U.S are all down state like south carolina and dow.... these hogs are great tasteing they are 80-90% russian mixed with european.. the meat is a lil tuff but soaking it in water white vinager and salt like you would a rabbit. it tenders it right up. the meat is so good thats the 2nd hog i shot there. we are going back in september for more

  • Hi Josh; I would like to know where you were hunting. Obviously in a northern area. I live in SWOntario, we don`t have wild boar here that I know of...must be the great lakes that keep them out. By the way, is the meat like regular pork in taste and texture? Thanks for sharing!
