Jesus was well taught in Jewish Scriptures. He was quite capable of Interpreting the prophecies and then doing it as he read them. The new Testament mentions him doing acts to fulfill prophecy plus he still didn't fulfill them all.
The evidence is underwhelming. Because there is a Prophesy in Lord of the rings book 1, that happens in book 2. Doesnt make Billbo Bagins a real Character.
@LouisPlume I believe those were stories written by one author in a span of a few decades. These prophecies are recorded thousands of years ago by what are believed to be prophets, fulfilled historically the exact year and season as predicted in the scripture by one man alone. More than 300 prophecies fulfilled.
Matthew - 2:23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.
which OT scripture refers to the messiah as a Nazarene?
I believe that you are "adding" to the Scriptures when you say all these 40 Scriptures are about the Messiah. I looked up "Messiah" in the Hebrew Scriptures KJV and ONLY found two verses in Daniel that are about a Messiah.
A muslim doesnt believe in Yeshua...because he follows another "god" who commands his followers to kill Christians and Jews...and Yeshua said: "Love your enemies. Bless those who curse you". Yeshua is Melech Israel who is coming soon to rule from Yerushalayim! AMEN
I posted The Story of Jesus Christ as told in Old Testament Prophecy (with scripture references) under the "More Info" tab in the column to the right. Enjoy!
I asked a Babbi why they did not accept Jesus as the messiah. He answered and gave severval reasons which were that Jesus Did Not fulfil some of the Messianic Prophecies. I am a Christian but I was not going to debate with a Rabbi !! One of the reasons was that Jesus did not restore the kingdom?
There will be Peace when the millenial Kingdom is inaugurated by Yeshua...who was also a Jew and ben David, Ben Yusef... The Temple will be rebuilt by Him, because the first time he came the Temple was there...Yeshayahu 53 tells about Him, not about Israel. The testimony of His life and resurrection comes from JEWS, not from goyim.
Nice work on this video, keep spreading the good news. Let me ask; do you think that today's Jewish people know that all this was written in their scriptures? How can anyone deny that Jesus was the Christ? It seems so clear to Christians but how can it be seen by non-Christians like many of todays Jews and Muslims?
A Muslim is not a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him).
We believe that he is the messiah (translated "Christ") +Virgin birth +miracles like gave life to dead and healed blind etc. Prophet of God like Moses and Muhammad. (NOT son of God or God incarnated)
Great story! :) I think it would be very beneficial for those watching this video if you could list the Scriptural references in the description area. Great video!
Who didn't rate this 5 stars?! *unsheathes his sword*
Anyway, it's hard to believe people couldn't put 2 and 2 together after that Randall. You would have to totally say that Jesus did those things just to pretend he was the savior. Even then there's probably a way it couldn't have been faked I'm sure.

I doubt any of that can be proved as factual or authentic. Prove it - I'll believe.

Jesus will fufill the rest when he returns, like world peace this is after the tribulation.
pricelesspam 3 years ago
he's 2000 some odd years late then. Since you know Paul and the others said he would come back in their life times.

that is not what jewish prophecy says. It clearly says there will be world peace at the time of the messiah. There was to be no second coming

There will be world peace when he comes back, these things take time to transpire.

Because there is a scripture in the bible that tells them to never discard the Torah and they think Jesus suggets this.
