baby, im not going to be mean like the others but they are right, those lights are photoshopped. thats a good way to show light patterns thought without the light. Its a good diagrahm, but a crappy light show.
You take a picture of a police car, you create different saves of the picture. The different saves will have certain parts of lighting. Like, one save will be the red part of the light bar for example. After you do that, go into movie maker, and then compile all of them together. It takes practice. It is a very simple thing to do. I figured it out myself, just using plain sense. Good luck, and thank you for your comment.
