Here's a nice use for this:

"Merchant's Guile": Fortify Mecantile 100 on self for 1 second, Charm 100 on touch for 1 second.

Total Cost to Make: Less than 100 Gold

Total Cost to Cast: Less than 10 Magicka

Utility: The best possible prices with every merchant, ever. You just have to enter the conversation with them before it wears off.

You can get the "Fortify Skill" with the Skeleton Key, which is recieved from Nocturnal, after doing his (her?) Daedric Quest. You need to be level 10 or more to start the quest.

@jacobjacob1111 You can't use "Fortify Skill" to bypass the restricted spells. The leveling must be done fair. :C

How would you restore the skill sneak?

@slipknot180091010 To restore it after it has been damaged, go to any chapel, or dispel it with "cure poison" if it's a poison, etc. To fortify it, use the instructions in this video, it works for all spells.

If you get the thieves den addon you can get spells with skills. That's how I got them.
