@psychee.. i.e. when u compare old sepultura to the new sepultura, its not the same and isnt at all what max wrote or intended for the sound of sepultura.. but leave that out of the equation and forget that it was ever about max or his ideas and BOOM u have a whole new band with new ideas and a great sound OF THEIR OWN,, :P
@psychee1.. you can find enjoyment in the worst of the worst, u just have to take it for what it is and except it as being different.. unless its just so godawful u cant bare it. older albums were bad ass and beyond great, but the change was relevant for the new sound.. not as to the old sound, but for a change its not so bad. and derek green: two halves of the brain and two different mediums of color. like cool and warm colors of the color wheel. always beside each other but NEVER together..
@psychee1 maybe not, I think a lot of older fans aren't going to like this album, I started listening to the haunted around the time Marco Aro was singer, (one kill wonder and made me do it) I think these two albums where as raw as it got for the haunted. When Dolving came back their style changed dramatically, more melodic I guess. Revolver was an awesome album it had great topics and the sound was getting more technical, same on the dead eye but those two last albums sound too mainstream to me
altho i WILLL say that this album is a DRASTIC change for them and i most likely wont be playing it to often HAHAH
