I LOVE the magnetic charger & earphone adapter (the reviewer had it upside down, that's why the fit was bad) the way I see it is that I don't have to really look at it to plug it in, just put it to the general area and it attaches itself. I have two touchstone (work and home) and keep the cable in the car.
bought one on eBay for $80. came with TouchStone. Touchstones can be had for around $10 on eBay now. I like to put my sim card in a different phone once in a while. just thought I'd add this to my collection. Best $80 ever spent on a phone. and that's a lot of phones. the RAZR sold in the $500 range when it came out, I bought my Sony Ericsson P900 for $400.
Not elegant? I think the magnetic connectors are a lot more elegant than 30 year-old earphone jacks that damage $400 phones. That being said, Bluetooth is the answer. I WOULD be afraid to lose the charging cable though!
the point of it being so small is that they are marketing it to folks who want a small phone - get it? not sure how big that market is but that's what HP is betting on.

The headphone accessory goes in the other way, so the headphone jack is pointing downwards towards you.

i love web OS but i don't get the point of the phone being so small ??
MrKennedy500 9 months ago
webOS sucks in many ways and is only good in one: cards. Phone screen is too small and it should be illegal to not have a headphone jack built-in.
