Like others have pointed out Martha wasnt thinking when she added CHICKEN stock to VEGETARIAN lasagna. I was a vegetarian for a long time, now a vegan, there's no way in the world that chicken stock counts as vegetarian. Oh Martha!

Actually you're wrong, our bodies cope extremely well without meat, so long as you're educated enough to know where to get your nutrients. We've evolved to a point where we -don't- need meat anymore, so personally the mass-production of meat, what those animals go through, isn't something I and a lot of others, want to support. Our bodies are fine and infact vegans live longer than people who eat meat. Look it up :)
