I remember listening to this on 8 track when I was 7. He was the first musician I ever listened to. I was singing his music by the time I was 5. I'm 37 now and he still has a hold on me.
I did not know that ian hunter had written this song i thought it was barry manilow thinking he had wtitten somthing that had happen to him.Thankyou for letting me know had not heard of ian hunter or mott hoople will have to get that album if this song is anything to go by.Thanks again.
