Pain sucks. I don't think people that need painkillers to stop pain should be harassed so much.
Maybe one day pain will be considered a major disorder, but until then sufferers will just have to walk the fine line between addiction and medication.
Falling off that line shouldn't be considered a character flaw, but harassing those who do certainly is.
