Why do you guys review your already modified version,i want to see the stock out of the box version.If your gonna review brushless version,why not just buy brushless and review it out of the box...and dont sound so negitive,just hit the pros and cons....you guys always sound like some downers on the technical stuff....

Some people say this truck works well crawling with 2 of the tires on backwards. They say it gets traction in both directions that way.

I don't think the Mamba Monster upgrade belongs on this truck. Just get the best batteries you can get for the 775 TITAN and you're done! Trust me.

what would you think of putting these tires/rims on my savage xl...would the tires be an over kill in size would they be too soft?? i really wanted to know cause i need new tires and i like the design on these and i can get them cheap thanks!!

A COUPLE QUESTIONS

1. are their any parts that will easily break and will need to get when first boght?

2.are the wheel nut the same size as the other traxxas rc cars?

3. is the brushed motor really waterproof?

1. Doubtful, traxxas makes very solid parts and there arent any you will need to upgrade right out of the box.

2. This is a 1/8th scale, the wheel nut i believe is a 17mm.

3. Yes, all brushed motors are 'waterproof'.

How long does the original brushed 775 motor last?

Will i be able to run lipos on the stock set up?

If i run lipos (ones that will fit in the side compartments) will they be protected from water?

Will i have to replace the motor often?

So the stock motor is water proof? And can you still run it in dirt, mud, sand and water with the stock motor?

@ScooteringRC Yeah, all motors are waterproof. They can rust overtime if left with water in them, however, so it's important to dry them out after running. ESCs are what have to be manually waterproofed. :)

Very informative video that you guys made. I have a couple questions. If I wanted to use lipo batteries is the truck already setup to use them as far connectors and also how long can the truck be driven ? Using the stock batteries ? Also the lipo batteries?

I've got this one and a Hornet and i can say that I dont regret buying this one bit. My hornet is a shelf queen so this is basically my only RC. it is a tone of fun on any terrain. even on jumps.. (but nothing too high like the revo or savage flux would do. its too heavy for that)

lots of options for suspension set ups for any driving condition you may want to take it though.
