@playerdepimp well uhm...at least our stadium isn't so damn easy to hit homers out of. Hell you could give a Junior High baseball player an at bat at Citizen's Bank and he'd hit homers.
@xDeadMisfitsx dude, imma say this once, i wasn't bashing your team, or the players, or the organization its the stadium, everything at that field is fine and lookin cool, but the fence and walls couldn't be like shea? thats what im sayin,
Everyone always blames Beltran for the Mets failure to win Game 7, but they dont realize that if if werent for this 2-run homer from Beltran in the Mets 2-0 Game 1 victory, there porbably wouldn't have been a Game 7. You also have to look at how it was Mota that blew the 6-4 lead in Game 2, and the fact that from the 2nd to 8th innings in Game 7, the Mets had 0 hits; Beltran should have never been in that spot against Wainwright. Dont blame it all on Beltran fellow Met fans, hes one of the best
true that series should have never gone 7 games in the first place. if only Mota could have kept it together. If that series plays out like it did when the Mets lost game 2. The Mets win in 6.
@metsfreak4life I agree. That pitch was just unhittable. Perfect. I was at game six and seven. How about blaming the Mets for not getting a hit in game seven every inning except the first and last? Sad that what may have been the greatest defensive play in baseball history is forgotten because they lost the game.
im a met fan and i have to say there are a lot of ban wagon fans.We always talked about the yankees, but in there worst times they still sold out all the time.4 years ago you couldnt give away met tickets and now they have a great team they sell out.
i am from CT and i never really watched baseball until this year and i hate the yankess and their fans so......oh and i love moises. his batting stance is awesome it looks like his knee is a ball joint the way it is bent ahaha.
Since when do "projections" come true? It only counts if it happens.....kinda like the Mets collapse last year. That wasnt a projection now was it??????????
I'm a cardinals fan......and I kinda remember a game 7 a couple of years ago....hummm....O-yea Mets lost as Beltran stood at the plate taking strike three with the bases loaded IN GAME 7. Go Cardinals ....
Although the mets are struggling this seasson I think they will pick it up. I even got my friend Keaton to love the mets and he doesn't even like baseball that much.Him and his sister will sometimes watch the the mets play on the telly at there house. Lets go mets!
citi field blow, dont you mets fans complain about the fence? i would fsu, GO phillies

Why couldn't he do this Game 7? If he did that, I think Shea would have been torn down. Oh well..

wagner himself blew in the ninth
and the mets had the bases juiced in the 6th lol

That's crap. Noone went to see the Yankees in the early and mid 70s. With Jim Mason as their shortstop.

I love Yankee fans who talk about collapses, when they root for a team that was part of the most monumental collapse in sports history.
You were up 3 games to NONE on the most cursed franchise in sports and you couldn't close the deal.
So spare your bullshit.
