as long as you have a sports bra, jump foward racket-first, but do it at an angle similar to the floor, as though you're trying to slide on your stomach, to avoid winding yourself. recover with a push-up action. this takes constant drills and practice before u can do it in a match, needs to be a natural reaction... unless you're diving for a drop i guess.
