He should of grabbed the set of teeth, then the pik, aim, then set the pik down and turn the faucet on having the water hit the teeth, then say "and thats how you use the waterpik, thank you for watching"
It looks like he is trying to aim at the gumline but he's showering the tooth. The instructions clearly state to start in the gap of two teeth, let it pulse for three seconds then slowly follow the gumline to the next gap. This removes plaque and debris from both the gaps you normally would floss as well as below the gumline. These are very effective against gum disease.

I don't feel the gentleman is showing the use of the waterpik correctly. You are supposed to follow the contour of the gum & in between the teeth being very careful NOT to direct the flow under the gum. There is a special tip for under the gum...the one with the rubber tip!!!

You don't hold it from 6 inches away and shoot your teeth like he does in this video. btw the Waterpik cleans the hell out of your teeth.
You should show aproper demonstration on how to use it. The proper way is to go around every tooth front back and sides,follow the curve of your gumline
