  • I gave the Denver Zoo a picture of a white peacock.

  • "No matter what, you got to strut!"

  • Love how the peacock flaunts and struts his stuff with those feathers..LOL.

  • It's a rare Java Peacock, from Indonesia.

  • Joe Raposo could score a film of a turd sitting there and it would be captivating, memorable and pure magic!

  • That's pretty vulgar, but I agree with the point you're making! :) And that's a beautiful bird!

  • What's the NBC bird doing on a PBS show?

  • @QBCNetwork: Well, "This Way to Sesame Street" (the prime-time preview that aired a week before Episode 1) was on NBC; someone at CTW must've had a flashback when they scripted the episode this clip was in.

  • The grooviest, catchiest, most entertaining music for an animal film I've ever heard. This score is truly my favorite!

  • They should come out with a compilation of Joe Raposo's Greatest Hits! This would definitely be on it.

  • Every time I see a peacock I think of this.

  • Amazing musicical score or whatever.

  • There are also green and white peacocks. When they cry out with that sound they make, To me, he sounds kinna like a cat.

  • This music was recycled for two or three other clips, I remembered, but always thought of it as "peacock" music, and I remember when I'd always have this music in my head when I saw a...Peacock!

  • That bird is so beautiful!

  • All right, good things come to those who wait! I've been waiting for this one on YouTube for months now! I never forgot Joe Raposo's piano playing from this film.

  • Relaxing beat.

  • Every time i see a peacock I think of this. But did anyone know there are green and also white peacocks?

  • I remember this music like I heard it yesterday!

  • Careful, Mr Peacock... pride is a deadly sin.

  • According to legend, the reason why a peacock cries out the way he does is because he looks down and sees his feet. He then calls out to God to help him be more humble. Read "A Dictionary of Symbols" if you don't believe me. It's fascinating stuff.

  • @DiAnno13 How can having pride in your self be a deadly sin never understood that
