Takes me back 2 Shihan Vazquez's dojo on St. Nicholas Ave in Brooklyn! Shihan Hernandez was/is a true master of technique. Aside from Shihan Vazquez, Shihan Hernandez was the best, most informative instructor. I was about 18 at the time, already a black belt in another system and unfortunately didnt stay long, but I learned so much from Shihan Hernandez and Im honored to have trained there
