  • how do u weave like that?

  • how much did that stringer cost?????

  • The Star V really pulls QUICK...

Coming from badminton, tying off on a cross just seems wrong:D.

  • definitely a pro stringer, my only question is why did you hard weave the last 2 mains when you could have still strung ahead?

  • The strings always need to be straightened after stringing, the pressure exerted from placing the string under tension moves both the mains and the crosses. You can see he was about to straighten them when the clip finishes, and you can see that the crosses have that trademark arc that should be corrected as you string.

  • Yonex racquet

  • that looks like fun

  • Scott, looks like your still trying to beat your best time... keep on stringing.

  • Most pro stringers I've seen use an Offsetting tool (blunt awl) to straighten the string after tying off the the final knot.

  • @EskebeJoe or the String Thing :P

  • Couple of little tweaks to your technique and you could go even quicker. But, why use the diablo for just the crosses? I know your using a softer string on the crosses, so it makes sense to use the diablo then, but I would always use it for the whole racket rather than just half. Also, why don't you bother to straighten the strings?

  • @619jazar

It has been said the diablo gets damaged by polyester strings. In the end, diablo or not you're going to reach the desired tension with the Star 5.

  • @619jazar the strings were already straitend
