I attended many of Chogyam Trungpas transmission lectures 40 years ago in Boulder at Naropa. Listening to Chogyma Trungpa after all these years reminds me again why i sit. .
I never met him, but I have met his son, The Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Wow. I now see the resemblance, in body language and teaching style. We are so lucky to be exposed to these teachings that are coming throgh these extraordinary men at a time we so desperatley need them. .
yeah we could all learn a lot moving away from materialism give everything you have to the poor or the neighbors and tell them to do the same does that even make sense a logical man would be practicing accumulation of wealth but then again what is logic to know your true destiny you must let everything go so as not to confuse your true destiny this means everything wonder amelessly butt nekked into the wild then and only then will your destiny be the truth
To see the precious dharma jewel again, brings me closer to my own realities and further away from materialism. It brings tears to my eyes to hear Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche speak.

After 25 years not having meditated I now can hear what he says. By hearing this,
the difference then (5 years of meditation) and now strikes me. Then I listened but could not hear.
I tried to grasp, think over, what he said and wrote. As a westerner I came from Descartes,
whose thinking pervades our western culture and understanding (I think, so I am).

To hear the lion's roar of this fearless warrior who has the lion's share of bringing
the Buddhadharma to the West is a privilege.
Trungpa is one of my heroes. I never met you,
Rinpoche, but please do keep haunting us, as
you promised. Your diction is so clear, and
what you say so clear and precise and telling.
Please post more of this teacher on YouTube,
and thankyou. Jolly good! :)
