I guess its obvious those ATT Homezone Dish receivers don't go through this rigorous testing cause if they did, it would catch all those wonderful subtlties of a Homezone receiver like rebooting on channel change, streaming media issues, overheating, etc, etc, etc....

Negative, dish doesnt even troubleshoot or train csrs for homezone.
