  • @blusismylife Well, Benny Goodman played Big Band. Still, Peggy Lee made it jazz, I think. I'm far from an expert.

  • I'm playing mine right now, but your's sounds so much better. It amazes me how much sound can still blast out of these old records.

  • Recorded on July 27, 1942, and a modest hit before she left the Goodman band in 1943. Peggy modeled her vocal on Lil Green's original 1941 recording...
