If you razor knife your cuts on the ply wood before ripping or crosscutting them you won't get tearout. Old trick, but works great

He made it sound as if the shelves were the same measurement as the top. but tha's not possible. I guess we all can figure it out.

This guys good. He's not only a good carpenter, but he's also an electrician. The kitchens he does turn out real nice.
