  • you can always tell when it's americanized, no one will use this type of cream in Italy, or in French cooking, it's just an easy way it.

  • the only thing that bugs me is that your using a dry measuring cup for a wet ingredient- but i suppose if its just for a rough estimate its okay.

  • @espla Gotta love the way the anonymity of the internet allows you as an "Italian" to be a pretentious asshole. I put Italians in quotations because I don't believe you to be Italian, but rather you think claiming to be will instantly validate your "argument."
