  • Did this happen?

  • I'm not sure what i would do to Bush if i ever met him in RL... Bush, Pol Pot, Kum Young and other criminals should be dealt with permanently!

  • @Jasminewynja First, kick him in the balls. Let him suffer a bit then put him out of his misery. GWB is a War Criminal.

  • @Argibon Allow me, if I might possibly improve on your post. Oh, hell yes, let him suffer, but put him out of misery? Not a chance. Go beyond knocking him in the nads; waterboard him, send him to France for some rendition, have him eat a yard of shit from chris christy, beat him after his thrice daily waterboarding, hang him upside down in a meat locker while he''s used as a sparing partner. Permit him to heal up at Walter Reed, then let him heal up and then do it all over again for 8 yrs.

  • @walkermydawg Thank you for upgrading:] Well done.

  • @Argibon It was a bit silly, probably after two vikes and a bottle of wine. I'm somewhat hesitant to pretend to improve one's work, however, I was satisfied I wouldn't let you down.

  • US CODE:TITLE 18> PART I > CHAPTER 113C > § 2340A Torture

This is the law that cheny/bush/rumsfeld etc. broke. Google it. Some are eligible for th Death Penalty. Over 100 Detainees have died in US Custody. Over 30 have been classified by US Army Doctors as homicides. cheny/bush/rumsfeld etc should be fully investigated and when found guilty. Should be sentenced to life in prison at hard labor with no chance of parole. They should only B let out to empty bed pans at NMC Bethesda & Walter Reed.

  • Not only should Congress not pass such legislation, it is unlawful and will not confer any retroactive immunity even if they do. Capital felon War Criminals WILL be brought to justice; stupid ignorant criminal pieces of paper passed by Debt Syndicate WHORES will afford no exoneration.

  • It doesn't matter if there is legislation to pardon Bush, Cheney, et al for war crimes, because they don't need to be charged or tried for war crimes.

They only need to be arrested and detained...indefinitely.

It can be done. They don't require due process of law. Just ask Bush & Cheney if a person can be detained indefinitely without due process of law. They'll tell ya. Of course they can!

  • @jelinto By their own Shrub/Penguin metric they may be kidnapped, drugged, beaten half to death, put on an unmarked aircraft, flown to another country, held in a secret privately owned facility, and tortured to within a centimeter of their lives every day for the next thousand years. Turnabout is fair play.

  • Wolf is such a sellout tool, and he will NEVER be on the same page a sour great anchors like Cronkite, and Rather. Too bad you sold your integrity, wolf-shit-blitzer!

  • First but not foremost, Bush's detractors despised him viscerally, as a man. Where working-class populists saw him as a smug, effeminate frat boy who wouldn't recognize a hard day's work if it kicked him in his self-satisfied ass, intellectuals see a simian-faced idiot unqualified to mow his own lawn, much less leader of the free world.

  • if they let Bush off the hook then we may as well eliminate the UN because no one honors its rules. It just proves that in times of ....whatever, the US Government won't abide by or honor the national community's rules and treaties, so get rid of it or get rid of the US. its looking like the two are incompatible.

  • @uturniaphobic It doesn't matter as long as the US is in charge. However, once the power shifts; and it will, everything they have done will be thrown back at them. They are creating a world of shit for themselves, be it in five years or a hundred. We've already seen the beginning of it! For the people who don't vote because they think it's unimportant... Look At What You've Done!!!

  • @jacksawild oh it would have done it to itself anyways, and I DO vote...why? I don't know, the elections are all rigged anyway.

  • @uturniaphobic and they're easier to rig if no one cares. Democracy is wasted on the sheep.

  • @jacksawild they are relying on the notion that no one cares. Best thing we can do is vote with our money.

  • no genva i dont know what you are but you sya much for a corrutoed order ,what isnt my skin balkc enogh for you do the bucks talk loder than your ethical moral stakes or is it the old boyz in the uni and your worldly politicla connections thta prevent your legal prcatcies of selection thye sould clAL YOU genvasim the survival of the elitist ,egt yuor old boy connatcs old chap and wlel see what kind of sitaution it is then will say what what its education, then yoru crazy soem go to france ,

  • Personally I think Americans should take some blame for allowing and voting for Bush

  • but france really .say chaps what this abotu bush .now one more tiem it took a few decades in the making it was always going to ahppen but the major part of it was doen under the democrates os what you say abotu thta ,imagine it.bin laden watches the news `ha ,they have bush now ,quick we wil attack the twin towers, and thye will blame him forgetting the previous bombing in the underground car park,so the conspirators what you dotn like the real dude on your chit chat, singing asses arent you

  • So, so, unlike the bush administration that I've grown to hate.

  • The military don't start wars. Politicians start wars.

  • Bush and his administration needs to be brought to justice for their war crimes and be burn alive and broadcasted world wide so we can all enjoy it.

  • dont forget cheney

  • yeah sorry I forgot about the Cheney pig!! thanks for reminding me!!!

  • I love the "wisdom" that spews forth from the hateful minds of "enlightened" liberals like so much poison. Completely bereft of any realistic facts, as if from some strange alternate universe. Continuously regurgitating tired, long ago refuted charges that shows a complete lack of a grasp of history. You all really need to come up with a different playbook. Preferably one that contains some actual arguments and not just incessant whining...

  • Not at all a liberal, but you posted a "grasp of history"

There once was a man who started a war in a country, but did not invade it's capital. He later wrote in his memoirs that to have done so would have resulted in a civil war in that country.

The man: hw bush, the country: iraq. The result of not reading histroy, shit for brains w bush, and a fucking civil war.

    class dismissed dumb ass.

  • Bush Sr. was following the dictates of the UN. I have yet to see any quote like the one you mentioned. What I know he did say was he was bound by the UN mandates, and wanted to spare further bloodshed. The "civil war" existed only in the minds of psychotic Bush-haters. The agitators were comprised mostly of foreign terrorists killing Iraqi civilians. Iraq is generally under control, with power being turned over to the Iraqi people. You gotta find something else to whine about. This is tired...

  • Just because you have not read the memiors does not mean it's not the truth. Remember, read, history. You obviously got your psychotic civil war bullshit from bill kristol who said it was pop pschyology. Go ask the sunnis and shiites about this imaginary civil war. You are, in part, right about the "terrorist". They are called insurgents, and they were not there until shit for brains got us over there. If this is tires you, take a nap and read. Iraq, at least kept a check on terror(iran)

  • remember, kristol was applauded by the right as "dan auayle's brain" very impressive; if, under a false posit, that quayle had a brain.

  • You're exactly right. - For that matter, Cheney knew too: "Cheney '94: Invading Baghdad Would Create Quagmire " - ( watch?v=6BEsZMvrq-I )

Before this is over Cheney's understanding in 1994 may yet come to pass. - Unfortunately, as Colin Powell said: "You break it, you bought it". - By "breaking" Iraq Bush/Cheney bought a world of trouble the US didn't need.

    Neo-Cons = Epic Failure

  • i knwo lets sue the go code to blame the bushes right then everyoen quick buy soem palne tickets and its thta easy ,see it takes tiem to rot the foundations of the structure not a few mouths hye tena blackies anywyas can you stop yuor sexula absuers now i wotn eb delaing with devil filth so fuck off .dirty police filth what an evil death such natsyness of western war crimainals wont be laughing niggers, yes PC wordl racist ro rapist for false accusations ,dumb asses aryan ethinc cleansing now!

  • in europe the aryan blondes and blue eyed europeans are being ethically cleansed by the nigegr pratices of players of mums and dads ,these are sacrelgious orders of racial terroroism o one is doing shit for the arynas hitlers ocne favoourite ethenic group ,thanks jew boy,we belive this a tactic for furture hatred of non aryans not the jews but the blackies of africa and non aryans asians ect

  • How many prisoners were tortured in Gitmo, Abu Grhaib and CIA black sites on orders from Bush/Cheney etc?

How many of them were released because they were not terrorists?

    How many died?

Answer these questions and you will see clear picture of reckless disregard for human life.

War criminals ? We don't know until they get a fair trial.

  • Nothing like trying to change the rules after the fact! If America cares about it's ideals, then this administration must be held accountable! Failing that, it is no different than any of the third rate dictatorships it frequently looks down upon!

  • How can they pass a bill to protect them when the Geneva Convention is an International thing, It's not to the US that they have to answere for their crimes, its the rest of the world.

  • Executive privilege ftl.

  • bush and his ilk should burn for his crimes, im sure he will, the devil is patient

  • so what happened with this bill?

  • I always thought he was the worst president ever, but now I think he's even more worser than that.

  • Wow! talk about covering your own a@#. Bush practically admitted to war crimes by trying to pass this bill.

  • Dictators usualy do these,i think saddam also pardoned himself from all the good things he did!

  • bush was in hell he asked the devil can i do 2 calls ?

after he asked for the bill ...the devil told him weel between hell and hell its free

  • This goes to show that USA stands for UNITED STATES OF ARROGANCE!

  • Totally disgusting. This regime is turning this nation into a dictatorship.

  • Maybe we deserve to deal with our first fascist violent brutal dictator so we don't make these mistakes of apathy again.

  • @Northax you mean morons

  • If this is true, then that is utterly disgusting and anti-American. These bastards better be brought to justice.

Don't get me wrong, I hate terrorists that blow themselves up in public places, murdering hundreds or thousands of innocent civilians, but that doesn't mean Bush should get away with illegally torturing people HE claims to be terrorists. What if they're not? What if he's wrong? Then they just say "OOPS! Sorry!" ?

  • all of this is true and yet its not even a scratch on the tip of the iceberg

  • Remember FRENCH REVOLUTION!!!!

  • They ARE behind 911 and most of the deception today.

    Sorrow, death, tears and blood.

    All for money.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE! AWAKE AND MARCH!

  • Sheehan for PREZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!

    EARTH DESERVES...

    Revolution NOW!!!!

  • fuck impeaching the monkey

    assassinate him!

  • Not just Bush, Cheney, Rice et al, but all the cabinet, and indeed, following the precedent of the Nuremberg trials, the Generals, Powell, Petraeus, and all the senior officers need to be brought before a court. Bush gave thwe orders, they followed, without a thought as to the consequences. One million dead Iraqui people.

Oh, and a few thousand americans.

  • They are terrorists, not prisoners of war. They do not follow the articles of the Geneva convention. Do you think that if they had you as a prisoner that you would get what they get? Would they let you practice your own religion? The only thing you would get from them is a dull blade sawing through your neck untill your head fell off. Think about it!

  • Ya thats smart!!! BEAT THE ENEMY BY DOING WHAT THEY DO. That way even if you beat them they still win, because you become the enemy. Smart thinking dumbass

  • Oops, found a few spelling errors, sorry about that (should preview it more closely next time!)

It is interesting to note that pro-Bush supporters were allowed to rally in Sydney, yet the governments (federal & state) attempted at all costs to prevent anti-Bush rallies.

APEC was only a political talkfest, in an attempt to build support for the Australian prime minister (one of the worst we've had, equal with Whitlam)

  • 1. War Criminal Bush proved that he illegally invaded Iraq only for Oil a Money, as when he was at APEC 2007 meeting, he "accidently" called it OPEC, and we all know what OPEC represtents, don't we?

And yes, by this oil war, Bush & his two main puppets (Howard & Blair) have killed a lot more people than Osama. Notice how "hard" it is for Bush & Co to find Osama, yet Saddam was found relativity quickly? (continued in reply)

  • 2. 2. Bush doesn't want to find Osama yet, because he is more valuable to him if he is not found, but I wonder if he will be found just before the US election? I'm not saying Saddam wasn't a bad person (he was), but Iraq seemed to be more stable under him, than it is at present. Since "Dubya" invaded Iraq, Iraq has every right to defend itself against the invader/s.

  • what the fuck! america is going down the drain...democratic my ass

  • Death to Bush! He's killed more americans than Osama ever did, and lied to the american people, at least osama owns up to his actions.

  • Isn't this obstruction of justice?

  • all i got to say is, GOOGLE THESE: "Peak oil" "Operation Northwoods" & "Oil Fields as Military Objectives: A Feasibility Study, Report Prepared by the Congressional Research Service"

  • What next? I hate to think about it....

  • I wonder what Bush would say if Iraq passed retroactive immunity for Saddam

  • and the jerk passed it ..this man is a disgrace to this country , its just a shame that sooo many have fallen for all his lies .

  • Chilling.

Go to the CNN website he mentions and leave comments!

  • No, Congress should not pass a bill giving retroactive immunity to President Bush for possible war crimes as to do so undermines confidence in the rule of law and in Americans collectively as being a just people.

War crimes are crimes against specific people but also they are crimes against us all. War crimes against foreign nationals, merely because they are foreign nationals, are not for Congress to forgive.

  • "Buried deep inside this legislation is a provision that will PARDON PRESIDENT BUSH AND ALL THE MEMBERS OF HIS ADMINISTRATION OF ANY POSSIBLE CRIMES connected with the TORTURE AND MISTREATMENT of detainees..."

HEY HEY HO HO - GEORGE BUSH HAS GOT TO GO!

October 5, 2006: No Work. No School. Protest George W. Bush! The world can't wait!

  • Impeach Bush..
