But there are many moments in the match where the two wrestlers just 'wrestle naturally' and that is what they're talking about. There is no way that they could script every move in standard 10 minute matches.
Exactly. A good way to tell is when they're in the corner or setting up an 'Irish Whip' and they lean in they usually give an instruction. Plus, all the slapping they do on backs and what not are also signals. It's ludicrous to expect them to memorize move for move for long matches. But yes bookies and writers dictate who wins. But stop trying to water down the product and then turn around and try to make more hardcore gimmicks like HIAC & Elimination Chamber every year, as well as a chair match. The chair match was boring the first time, imagine how it will be now. If you want to be watered down, then stop with all the hardcore gimmicks. Extreme rules shouldn't even exisit with WWE's new PG era.

just watched some chair shot vids and you were right spinner it can definatly make a match better.
the one that stood out was when it was jeff v undertaker for the undisputed title on raw in 2002. that chair shot that hardy gave taker made you believe that hardy was going to win the title... undertaker ended up winning but that chair shot made you believe and made you cheer on hardy while he was climbing that ladder and touching the belt.

Which ends up making the matches boring. If you going to water the product that bad then get rid of the Cell or Extreme Rules PPV.

I'm all for WWE trying to protect their wrestlers, that's fine and noble. But stop trying to water down the product and then turn around and try to make more hardcore gimmicks like HIAC & Elimination Chamber every year, as well as a chair match. The chair match was boring the first time, imagine how it will be now. If you want to be watered down, then stop with all the hardcore gimmicks. Extreme rules shouldn't even exisit with WWE's new PG era.

just watched some chair shot vids and you were right spinner it can definatly make a match better.
the one that stood out was when it was jeff v undertaker for the undisputed title on raw in 2002. that chair shot that hardy gave taker made you believe that hardy was going to win the title... undertaker ended up winning but that chair shot made you believe and made you cheer on hardy while he was climbing that ladder and touching the belt.

People are overeating I fail to see whats so major about this. This has probably been banned for about a year now people are only making a big deal about it now because it's "official". I'm not some dumb hick who wants to see senseless violence, I just watch to see good matches so it's not a big deal to me. If people are so upset about this go watch CZW or something. The only thing that would bother me is no props, but I've seen title belt shots lately so i don't think they've removed everything

I don't think the lack of chair shots to the head will hurt WWE. In a post ECW world chair shots have been overdone and don't mean as much as they used to. WWE did not band chair shot, they are not doing shots TO THE HEAFD. If they do it less offen it means more. It may be normal, that doesn;t make it safe.

@WWEForever98 People aren't mad mainly cause chair shots are banned, they're mad cause WWE is trying to go both ways and it hurts. They want to tone down the product to keep their wrestlers safe and that's noble, but then they turn around and try to shove hardcore down our faces with HIAC, EC, and TLC every year. Which ends up making the matches boring. If you going to water the product that bad then get rid of the Cell or Extreme Rules PPV.
