The Afghanistan war happened because big oil companies wanted to build an oil pipeline through that country and the Taliban government refused to let it happen, so the U.S. invaded and installed a president who would allow the pipeline. As for Bin Laden, the Taliban did agree to hand him over IF the U.S. provided them with evidence that Bin Laden was responsible for 9/11, but the U.S. never provided any evidence to the Taliban because they had none. Another reason was the opium grown there.
Of course the later video shows bin Laden with a thin nose again. I guess those doctors do wonders in those caves, or was it the US military hospital where bin Laden got his dialysis treatment?, I forget. What if he was killed early on, and they didn't tell us so that they could fake statements from him to keep the justification going for the "War on Terror"? Go to the FBI website, Bin Laden File, you won't find any mention of the 911 terrorist attack. Then ask FBI why. Then relax and let it sink in.
