If you want to see much closer genetic connections that might mean something, the Queen of England, Prince Charles, etc. have been shown to be more closely related to George Bush, and similar people. The physical resemblance is very obvious. I would worry about whatever that means (even if Bush will be in office only another two months) before I'd worry about much more distant relationships.

Obama wasn't placed in the presidency by some elite--his campaign was able to convince more people to vote for him than for McCain, and if there were a conspiracy in the election that could have overcome the vote numbers, McCain probably would have been the one to win.
