How can it be a reference to the USSR when the movie quote was about colonial military soldiers in descended from the Army, USMC, and other related branches. Now if your talking about the United States Service Reconnaissance. A branch combine of military recon teams then that's okay. If not, then it has no relation to USSR (as in Soviet)
