I use invisible glass aerosol on all the windows i clean, exterior and interior, but it did not cut through the waterspots... i highly doubt vinegar will work but i'll try it next time.
this only works for new water spots. for old and heavy spots you can use "000" steel wool, or if really bad (this is my favorite way) use some wire wheel acid and steel wool. then use window cleaner to get the acid residue off. don't get the acid on paint, rubber, or vinyl.
eagle one should work. just spray onto the steel wool and have a rag handy to for any drips, you don't want that shit on your paint. then after the steel wool use a good glass cleaner to remove the acid residue.
be carefull, and have a hose close by in case of an accidental drip of spill on the paint. you have about 10sec before damage if your acid is weak enough.
Now your moms Minivan is clean. Congrats kid.

The invisible glass cleaner does not work on hard water spots, so don't waste your money if you are planning to get it.

This guy took the water spots off of my car. He cut some of his wanker pony tail off and used that to buff it.
