May be it's meant to see with "Side by side" 3D mode (in 3D "other options"). In this case you can see stereo images and videos in 3D just by crossing your eyes. Some practice and madness are required for success.)

When I was younger I saw Spy kids 3d, and it put me off the whole red and cyan glasses thing altogether.

I didn't get a headache, and the depth worked ok for me. I think the leaves bit was best. The pumpkin bits came at the screen a bit fast, hence no time to appreciate the effect. Try some more stuff with things going slower. Sometimes the best effect happens when you just film ordinary stuff.

Nice idea, it works. Unfortunately very bad quality. 3D only makes sense when high quality and resolution is evailable. The thing is, that bad quality 3d causes headache and is worst than usual 2D-movie with bad quality...
