A sixties flower child singer at Woodstock I believe. Her rendition of 'Carolina In My Mind' written by James Taylor is one of my favs. A big hit of hers was 'Brand New Key' which some may know. That said, Amy has given us some beautiful songs and the more I hear her, the more I'm seduced by her unique voice and lyrics. Same chord progressions or not..it's what you do with 'em that counts and how you grow. Can't wait to hear the next album.
