I finally picked Galaxy Note instead of 4S.

Although they are they same price, but Note offer much more.

iFones do look outdated in 'style' (Look and feel) vs these Samsung phones and tabs being released. But Apple has millions of left-over i4 cases so they just fill them with slightly improved guts to catch-up to Android phones that have been out for over 1 year with these specs/functions and call it the i4S. lol Then sue all the other companies who have better products and Apple can keep ripping-off those companies at the same time. :)

Even the TV adverts for them are very Apple like, and the packaging they come in. Not even Samsungs lawyers can tell the difference between their own and Apple's iOS devices from a distance.

Judges in all the countries they're currently being sued in have agreed their products look far too similar, and it's also not just one aspect, it's the whole package. Samsungs UI looks similar(or did), their boxes do, their TV ads do, they even have a 30pin connector that looks almost identical minus the pins on the opposite side. They even copy the way Apple wrap cables with a little plastic tab.

I also find it funny how samsung could single handedly fuck up apples next iphone, since samsung supply apple with their processors and all... once the buttonless ICS android handsets start coming out apple will have no cases for smartphone copying

@ThatGuyAgen Go and read the actual court filings. They're not about the devices simply looking similar, it's everything around it too. The packaging looks the same, the cable connectors look the same, the TV adverts look the same, the interface looked the same, the placement of buttons look the same on some devices, the simple fact they have a single button rather than the usual Android buttons on some models. They've even been found to use Apple icons and screenshots in some marketing.

You'd bankrupt your company if you were CEO and insisted on using nothing but the best most expensive stuff.

@piperboy350 It costs around $300 to make a $500 iPad. That's massively expensive for what it is. Other companies couldn't get such production costs because they're just not as good at organising and negotiating with suppliers for their parts. The TouchPad was $350 to make for example, despite having lower quality components and less impressive display and so on. Price is one place Apple can NOT be beaten for what you get when it comes to tablets if you want to make a profit. Ask...everyone else

Samsung just announced that it will not be releasing either one of these phones/tabs in the United States. I'd use either one as a phone with a Bluetooth or with airtube headphones. You shouldn't really put cell phones up to your head anyway. Just place in on a table when you're making a call. You don't really need both a cell phone and a tab.
