@Abitisaanth Any password you want, but there is one restriction. It must be 5 letters that do not repeat. I used 'Tyler' in the video. There are no repeating letters in it, but you may use any password that meets the requirements.

@houndguys Unfortunately, this is not a very strong encryption. This is a program I made while trying to learn Visual Basic. It will encrypt (and decrypt) letters, but it will leave all other characters (numbers, formatting marks, new line characters) alone. This program is open source though. I've made the source code available, and you are welcome to make any changes you like to it.

It's just a simple cipher program I made while taking a Visual Basic course in college. It cannot decrypt anything that it did not encrypt. It also is for education purposes only. It's just an interesting way to do an encryption. Say you wanted to encrypt something and you used zebra as your password. It would encrypt the message based on the password, zebra. But, if you encrypted it with tyler, it would not give you the message. It's so you can recover a message if you have the right password.
