I used to think you was the best director on the Planet....till I was looking up YouTube reditions of scenes's from "Blade Runner". Then I SAW the final credits to "Blade Runner".."Vangelis" was barely mentioned. A minute mention, less than the pet dog on the film site, or the trolly lady. That is an absoulute DISGRACE..You are a great director but without that score by Vangelis it would have been a total flop & disaster. NO WONDER Vangelis never got nominated for best film score. Idiotic fool.

@euseermide Go out and buy a digital camcorder, get an idea for a short film, get your friends together and make it into a short movie. Just keep doing it and you'll be more experienced with the creative and technical sides of making a film. Just have fun while you're doing it, because if you're only depressed while you're doing it, then don't do it. If you love doing it, then go with that passion and just DO IT.

Go to college and major in Film or Film Studies. There's a great film school in Orlando, Florida called Full Sail. I think Art Center in California also has a film major.

Same here; Blade Runner's probably tied with Das Boot as my favorite movie. I love Alien, too, although there isn't anything positive about that one. Scott needs to get back into sci-fi to show people what it's really about - none of this Avatar and "Star Trek" (in name alone) garbage that we have today.
