lol!! Paula who wrote this? After I went to MNN, I reflected on the fact they closed off 3/4 of the building. All the producers have left is the cramped quarter on the 2nd floor & studios (granted they are certified) the couches are gone, the home-style feel when MNN was a social center for ideas, creativity.

I'm sorry i don't really know about the pedophilia issue. Sometimes adults will take advantage buy implying that they know god or are somehow critically connected to "the way things should be". i think "compromized steel" is not a good theory, because of the testing redundancies. and the absolute solidity that is need for such a large tower. i cannot see any professional saying "i could get a payoff now" even if the builings crumbled while being built. Basic structural strength seems critical.

I'm 39 now, I worked in Foundries from when I was 18 until 26. In NZ and Australia.

I'll give this some thought, I personally think that blue collar steel men would welcome the chance to tell what they know, steel making was a work of art before the computer age ... enjoyed the show.

I've never mentioned this before but I worked for 7 years in Foundry's. I worked as a Furnaceman on a Steel Furnace, during that time and also at times an Aluminium furmace. I also worked in aftercast ie steel strength.

Even through I know something on Steel may I suggest that you interview real career Aluninium furnacemen and a steel furnacemen and a Metallurgist (steel compostion and strength).
