you cant perma at all, i had 17 shadows arts, runs +shadow mask, and it still wouldnt work

16 Shadow Arts, 20% Enchantment mod, and using Glyph of Swiftness and Deadly Paradox gives me around a 3 to4 second window between Shadow Forms. YES IT IS POSSIBLE.
