The reason they say that is probably to reduce the number of memorized scripts. Those were all around me, and I was in math!

That is a choice for the student, and depends on the project. Mine wasn't much of a presentation or Q and A but more of a discussion.

students this year 2011 were told they only had 2 minutes to present their projects...surely thats an impossibility.

@jesusthenarrowpath My son went to the seminar about presentations, they told them 2 minutes to present and then the rest was questions. MI021 4th place
