you dont need to brake on that corner, simply lift prior to the turn-in at the end of the berm on track right and make sure you use all of the track, finding the apex on the berm at the right ....

Hey Chris, long time! You're right, I realised I was going way too fast and wouldn't make the corner, so scrubbed off as much speed as I could in a straight line on the tarmac then just dealt with the resulting slide on the grass by reapplying the throttle to bring the 4WD in. Thank fuck it was dry and uphill!

@DavidYu2007 Ah, makes more sense now! it's amazing the car clawed back on the road so well as you can see the off camber slant of the road and verge from the angle of camera - so so lucky!!

This is my worst corner, it feels off camber and it's very fast, particularly further round on the exit. Slight excess speed wasn't the only issue though - you just didn't commit to turn in!

I am not surprised you went into the corner a little odd!! i think you forgot to brake before the corner by the looks of things. Well done for keeping it together anyhow.

It was a great save! David was massively composed (on the outside at least!)

The vast majority of drivers would have been very intimate with the barriers.

I'm glad I was just in the passenger seat and not behind the wheel for that one!

There was no cooling down either, he was straight back on it!!!!

The brakes are on the left pedal mate. Entering a corner at 150 km/h is too much, even for a gtr.
