I don't think this song is as much about a serial killer as it is about women. I think what Eminem is saying is that women need to assert more control over themselves. If women act dependent, helpless, use their bodies over their mental capabilities and "play the victim" they will eventually become real victims.

that this is about a taxi driver rapist the song makes refrences to murder with a cord or whatever but tells us if he wanteed to murder her he would have as she stepped in the taxi .. sounds like the taxi driver gets off on controling his victims thats my personal view it could mean something completey differnt
