If you need to change it, there is an amendment process; what constitutionalists don't like is politicians side-stepping the amendment process, because it means they are trying to sneak past people that don't agree. If something truly needs to be changed, it shouldn't be difficult to get 3/4 states to agree and 2/3 congress to agree

Didn't the framers said that the constitution is written to be interpreted not taken as absolute. Furthermore would one not agree that certain law needs to change or adept to changes in time.

If you need to change it, there is an amendment process; what constitutionalists don't like is politicians side-stepping the amendment process, because it means they are trying to sneak past people that don't agree. If something truly needs to be changed, it shouldn't be difficult to get 3/4 states to agree and 2/3 congress to agree

It is illegal to campaign within a certain perimeter of a polling site. You will be able to count the Ron Paul voters by the amount of brown shirts in the audience.
