fan is not damaged, I got the same model, and same fun noise problem!

The whole series of this laptop are affected, And that is due Cooling System they implemented in their laptop, the cooper "arm" which take over the heat direct from CPU and transfer further on the fan, and those noise are produced by the "unstabilised" cooper arm... Darn Stupid implementation. Be aware of All MSI laptops, you will be pissed very soon. Meaning DONT BUY MSI!

I also have the same issue took it back on warrenty to get the fan replaced. then it was good for about two weeks then started making the same noise. It works really well but im gonna smash it soon unless i find a permanet fix

looks like this problem is innate for VR601

Does buying new fan solves this? I am pissed off just bcs the noise is so annoying. Good laptop...but this is ahhhhhhh
