  • GUYS GET IT STRAIGHT JUST BECAUSE ONE ARTISTE MAKES A TUNE ON A BEAT DOESNT MAKE IT THERES, IN JAMAICA IT IS THE NORM FOR DIFFERENT ARTISTE'S TO USE THE SAME BEAT...THE BEATS ARE CREATED BY DJ'S AND THEN THE ARTISTE PAY TO USE THEM. SO STOP THIS WHOLE BULLSHIT.....IN JAMAICA WE CALL IT RIDDIMS AND EVERYONE HAS ITS OWN NAME

  • This piece of shit is posing me off. I'm on a itch and it's bot even the song. Who is so stupid to play games with the videos wasting space!!!!

  • tami chynn is damn sexi!! love her songs!! all of them! she is my fav!

  • theres sean pauls beats in there

  • its not sean paul's beat..its one beat that a producer makes n jamaican artists all perform onit

  • tami knows mi so im lucky

  • omg i love her she's mad nice...!1 she has a nice voice c(=

  • yep she really iz famous in ja im 4rom tx but we got a house in ja

  • pabitot, ur an idiot. she is NOT white. she is jamaican and she is REALLY famous is jamaica just to let you know. Marllon is correct on her backgrounds. Maybe you should get your information in check before coming on here looking like a total dumbass.

  • i love this song

  • yow tuck in u belly fatties she is jamaican and u better accept it! u idyaats!!!

  • LMAO!!

  • she ought to sack her choreographer!!

  • maybe she didn't have one... but yeah i never really payed attention to the dancing before lmao

  • this is the way to see if a someone is lipsyncing, you can't sing if you move to much so lots of moving ie dancing cartwheeling ect means that they are lipsycing. my point is tami is obviously concetrating on getting the words right and such

  • people really need to do some research before they start poppin' of their mouthes... tami chynn is tha truth..

  • Thank u for educating folks about Tami...check out her sister Tessanne

  • "Tami Chynn (born June 14, 1983)

    was born in Kingston, Jamaica.

    Her father, Richard Chan,

is of Chinese descent with Cherokee ancestry

    and her mother, Christine Chin

is of half African-Jamaican and half-British ancestry"

She was BORN in Jamaica for gods sake!

    Chill out people!

  • Hm, I like the song, but I dont like the backings so much the same as Sean Paul used in "we'd be burning", it's so close- you play the two songs side-by-side.

  • Tami is a Jamaican (.) Yes she maybe mixed with a whole lot of somthin which brings me to the point that alot of Jamaicans are also. She represents our Motto, the nature of our pple and the name of her album to the fullest -- "Out of many... one (People)". She doesn't care about such trivialties as the exact porportions of her mixed ethnicity and neither do we..(being a person of Spanish, African and Chinese decent.. i kno). I am a Jamaican and always will b so u pple need to cut the crap.really

  • got that right

  • Well said

  • Marlon is hoot...!!! But fortunately i'm into TAMI...a whole lot MORE!!!!!!

  • No, I'm black.

  • I thought you were a white supremacist, so that's why I replied negatively towards your comments.

  • I'm a gay male, so clearly, I don't find females attractive. I just looked at your page and you're from Ecuador, so I'm already assuming that you're going to reply with a homophobic comment since Ecuador is generally not nice towards their gays, but whatever.

  • Obviously English is not your first language, so clearly, I am not going to understand what the fuck you're saying. You write like a monkey.

  • Your comment is the weakest reply I have ever read here on YouTube. The girl is mostly Chinese Jamaican, not white, get over it.

  • No she does not, she has Chinese Jamaican and British Jamaican ancestry, but she's also a mix of more ethnicities. Tami Chynn is 3/8 Chinese Jamican, 1/4 British Jamaican, 1/4 Black Jamaican, and 1/8 Cherokee. Overall, Tami Chynn is a mix of four ethnic groups and four races, whereas you are merely a product of two races.

  • She's freaking hotttttttttttt

  • she is so cuuuuuuute

  • i luv the riddim and fi song big tune! BULLET!!

  • Get it mama HOTNESS!!!!!

  • Crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sean Paul is also part of Asian which makes him as hapa. Tami is very beautiful and talented...:)

  • ugh i hate when people come and watch videos and say how much they hate the artist/song/video/genre if u hate it so much then why are you here?

  • @locatrinbagonian i can understand why some people might have come here to listen to this song, only to comment on it negatively. i heard that the song had the same riddim as sean paul's "we be burnin" (one of my favorite songs). compared with "we be burnin," this song is disappointing. (in my humble opinion.) it's slick, upwardly-mobile commercial reggae (or jamaican pop, or whatever........).

  • stilll love this song. :)

  • The song is old. but still a classic!x

  • cool song

  • notice in every video of her, she has a belly shirt...

  • i like dis song

  • I LUV DIS SONG!! its ma ring tone <3

  • i lov this song

  • SEAN PAUL appears in 01:38.GREAT.......

  • dats not him is it?

  • Love this song and video, best of luck Tami in your career!!!

  • I love this song. Tami is very talented. I met her and took a picture with her at The Latin Expo in Hartford, CT. That said, Tami should be a big hit in the U.S. already, what is her management team doing with her career??????

  • i love this song i even love ` give it to me`

  • no prob any time

  • my god she is dangerous

  • yeah sure man,it vybz katel-tic toc,da man deh a di boss, very lyrical.u check out some of his other songs and try hear all the words, and of course do the same 4 tami chynn, the r marvelous artistes.

  • LOL I got to remind myself not to come on youtube when im drunk at 2am.

  • Sean Paul doesn't own the beat, the beat is own by Renaissance disco. If you search for the steps riddim medley video you will see this is the first song in the video. Which means is was probably recorded before "we be burning".

  • she look damn sexy in dis video love the song2!!!!

  • i love this song, since i'm a fan of dancehall, she has a great voice, and tanisha scott has given a great choreogrphy as usual

  • love dis asome song

  • love dis song

  • reggaeton is a disaster.. they took soca and dancehall, smush dem togeda an call it reggaeton...

  • there is no soca in reggaeton its just reggae in spanish but crappy

  • no soca? you kiddin... some of the ppl involved in reggaeton admitted it... that beat that they always usin is HEAVILY influenced by soca...but it's still a mess

  • yeah fi real they actually its still reggae no different just the same beat over and over again

  • dats so dumb

  • I hate reggaeton!

  • If you are refering to this video, this is not reggaeton.

And that would make you an idiot sir/madam.

  • before you start calling someone names why don't you ask weather its reggaeton itself or the video that i don't like IGNORANT JERK!

  • this not reggaeton itz plain reggae trust me i know

  • sweety i know what tammi is singing is reggae i just hate reggaeton in general!

  • ok but why dont u like reggaeton ....im just asking

  • Reggaeton beats are Jamaican dancehall beats

  • now that is truth

  • Black Panamanians are the foundation of Reggaeton Many are descended from Jamaicans who worked on the Panama canal and settled in a city called Colon They were the first to do Reggae in Spanish PR picked up on it later The beat for what we call Reggaeton today comes from 4 Jamaican songs 1 Shabba Ranks "Dem Bow" 2 Chaka Demus & Pliers "Murder She Wrote" 3 Mr Vegas "Heads High" 4 Mr Vegas "Pull UP"

  • you are forgetting all about the soca... but i am too tired to type more of what i know... sorry. good night/wee hrs of the morning

  • Not forgetting soca, if there is soca influence it's minimal. Before Puerto Ricans started calling this music Reggaeton, they called it Dem Bow from Shabba's song. Listen to their songs then play Dem Bow. Even now Puerto Ricans are still making songs where they are chanting Dem Bow. I'm a Jamaican with Puerto Rican and Panamanian relatives. I'm not new to this music, seen the evolution of this music from Panama to PR and how Puerto ricans try to discard the role of Panamanians.

  • Click on my You Tube name see a video I uploaded called Shabba Ranks Vs El General Dem Bow check out the December 2006 issue of JAMROCK Magazine, they named the Dancehall riddims thats used in Reggaeton Rent the movie "Feel The Noise" the bonus feature talks about the origin of Reggaeton. Even a show called "Despierta America" on the spanish language channel Univision they traced the history of Reggaeton, From Jamaica to Panama to Puerto Rico. Panama started it Puerto Ricans made world wide.

  • Misana, There is an album called "Reggae Espanol The Panamanian Connection" it has Reggae songs by Jamaican artists & the Panamanian (spanish) remake of those songs. It was released in 1990 or 1991. You can hear the standard Reggaeton (Dem Bow) Beats on some of those songs as well as other Dancehall and Roots Reggae beats. Also check out the interview on YOU TUBE of NOTCH former member of Born Jamericans he does Reggaeton now and he talks about the origin of Reggaeton Tami Chin's song is GREAT

  • ppl once claimed egyptians were white... this discussion with u is pointless. goodbye

  • Not trying to argue, but what I said can be easily verified. I'm done with this discussion also. This discussion should be about the very talented Tami Chin. I Love this song (Hyperventilating)!!!!!

  • i ain't the arguing type... we just have 2 totally different views, so why bother... anyways enjoy the rest of ya day

  • Thanks, it's refreshing that we can disagree and, not resort to name calling. Thanks, take care.

  • additionally the standard reggaeton Riddim which is the Dem Bow song comes from Pocomania, meaning "small madness". Pocomania is a religious sect in Jamaica based on African spiritual practices and beliefs. People practicing Pocomania would sing and chant to this riddim. This is the origin of the standard Reggaeton (Dem Bow)riddim.

  • tru

  • i love her, shut up.

  • Sean paul's beat???AHAHAH! this RIDDIM is called stepz riddim and a lot of artits "posed" on it before sean paul...Capleton,elephant man,T.O.K,wayne marshall,Frisco kid or tamy shynn....sean paul version is just the commercial's side

  • stole sean pauls beat some one sould get u a reagge gold cd

  • yea she is jamaican..and she's very talented

and also she didnt steel sean paul we be burning beat..its jus that jamaicans use same beat to create new songs...ok!!

  • is she jamaican

  • u mean break it off

  • i get what mztybabii is talking about.. the very beginning.. its from we be burning- sean paul

  • i love this song!!!!!!!!!

  • She is so hot. This is one of my favorite songs and she is so sexy i want her.

  • love this song, and love how she looks

  • I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SONG 4EVER!

  • The video for smirnoff Ice Hyperventilating was nicer to look at. Tammar is so talented and I love her music to death, I jus wish that her video producers would have better video ideas

  • Directors cut is much better. This one is tame. No Nadine or Tanisha. Looks like she could be from Miami.

  • Dis version of her video is good da other one wasn't that hot I luv tami chynn she has a great voice wonderful talent.

  • DAMN SHE LOOKS WHITE!...i KNOW SHE HAS WHITE IN HER BUT STILL I DON'T SEE NO BLACK IN HER AND SHE SOUND WHITE TOO...

  • u are a fuckin ideot all kind of people live in jamaica dumb ass even white people u talk to much shit.

  • We have never had a contemplation in Jamaica as to who is white, green, pink or blue. This is something new to Jamica. Perhaps, it's not Jamaicans who are contemplating race /colour. If it us Jamicans who are leading such a debate, it would be sad to know that we will be taking a turn on the downward slope. Total backwardness!!

  • yuh zimme, caz jamaicans dont response lol rrrrr

  • Big tunnnne ! big up all my caribbean peoplez!
